We attained this morsel of delight from our pastorate in Newport, Tennessee, and it is given by Barry Calfee in a cookbook our church prepared. I hope you find it as good as we think you will.
Ingredients
- 3 C. flour
- I C, sugar
- I 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- I 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 1 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 12 c. ripe mashed bananas
Preheat oven to 35O . Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into four small. greased loaf pans. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack before removing (win pan. This freezes well for later use.
